In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, INDUSTRIAS NATURAL OILS S.A.S (hereinafter “TACAY”) informs that it has databases containing information and personal data of its clients, employees, and/or third parties. Accordingly, it has adopted a Personal Data Processing Policy, which is available at:

TACAY is the Data Controller and may collect, store, circulate, transfer, transmit, and use your data for the following purposes:

i) The proper development of its corporate purpose, including the use of data for executing contractual relationships, business transactions, or commercial alliances with its clients, contractors, suppliers, partners, users, employees, and third parties.

ii) Promoting its own services and products and those of its affiliates, subsidiaries, commercial partners, and their respective allies.

iii) Sharing or sending your personal data to affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and commercial partners and their allies who require the information for the purposes described here.

iv) Achieving effective communication regarding its products, services, research, and offers, as well as those of its affiliates, subsidiaries, and commercial allies, in order to facilitate general access to collected information.

vi) Providing the information to third parties or commercial partners with whom INDUSTRIAS NATURAL OILS S.A.S. has a contractual relationship and who require it for the fulfillment of the contracted purpose.

vii) Contacting, managing service requests (PQRs), conducting quality assessments of products and services, and updating data and other marketing and administrative activities necessary for the full development of its corporate purpose, as well as that of its affiliates, subsidiaries, commercial allies, or their respective allies.

viii) Informing about new products or services related to its corporate purpose or that of its affiliates, subsidiaries, commercial allies, or their allies.

ix) Disclosing, transferring, and/or transmitting personal data within and outside the country to TACAY’s parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, or third parties by virtue of a contract, law, or any required legal relationship, or to implement cloud storage or computing services.

x) Conducting internal studies on consumer habits.

xi) Sorting, classifying, or organizing the provided information; as well as verifying, confirming, validating, investigating, and comparing the information provided by the Data Subject with any legally obtained information.

xii) Ensuring the security and improvement of the service and user experience through the website.

xiii) Carrying out tax, accounting, fiscal, and billing management as necessary.

xiv) Fulfilling obligations contracted by INDUSTRIAS NATURAL OILS S.A.S. with the Data Subject, including payment of salaries, social benefits, and other compensations stipulated in the employment contract or as required by law (in the case of employees).

The personal data provided by the Data Subject will be processed and used solely for the purposes described herein, for a period starting from the moment authorization is granted and lasting for the term of existence of INDUSTRIAS NATURAL OILS S.A.S. Likewise, the information may be shared with agencies, data processors, service providers, commercial partners, their allies, and third parties who provide services to TACAY or on its behalf.
